Health Is Wealth Initiative Uganda (HIWI) is a community-based national NGO founded in 2019 to improve the wellbeing of orphans, vulnerable children, youth, women, and rural communities. Working closely with St. Joseph’s Hospital, HIWI provides healthcare outreach, education support, and economic empowerment programs. We focus on advocacy, community engagement, and sustainable solutions that promote resilience and self-reliance. Through targeted interventions and strong partnerships, HIWI strives to build healthier, empowered, and thriving communities across Uganda.
